My friend Andrea is trying to understand how to publish a news. He saw that there is a parameter (called MODERATE_NEWS) that let the moderator to stop publishing the news tagged as "pending". The question is .."where is possible to change this parameter and also how can I set the news that I decide to publish?" I hope that is not necessary to use PHpMyAdmin to set these parameter. Is there someone that can explain how to let the administrator to publish the news after his control? Thank you in advance.
