I just find the solution. the problem is file lang_en_stdpass.php line 43
$LDDocsList='Doctors\' list';
i change $LDDocsList='Doctors list';

I do have a serious problem with our care2x System.On the main Menu,When I
select Doctor and Doctors's list,The same issue happened to Nurse,It complained
about MYSQL.See the error massege Below.
