Hi,
I think you are using care2x 2.6 version. Can you see list of wards,which
you are created under Nursing(Main menu)->Nursing wards;
If you successfully created wards, you can see here.Then you can see
available wards in drop down box. Please confirmed it.please let me know
your status.
