Tim received payment for an invoice I submitted to him in August, 2009 for hours worked and expenses incurred totaling $13,000 USD that by all appearances he does not plan to pay me.
Tim has not responded to telephone calls or emails from me since 11/10/2009. On that day, he said he would have his bank transfer the payment in that week. This has caused my husband and I extreme financial hardship. I was in no position financially to pay for a trip to Africa, or lose 3 months income. Any appeal you opt to make to Tim on my behalf would be greatly appreciated.
