Create 'City' in
Special Tools > Address Manager

New Data / Update data
The Zip code field was only in the New Data page (added by gjerji) and not
in the Update page. The Zip code maxlength was only 5 - increased it to 15
as Singapore and India need 6 and the corresponding table field is
VARCHAR(25).
ISO Country code is mandatory - added the red asterisk for the label -
Update file now has javascript check for it's presence.
Note to gjergi - in case you added any fields to a "New" page in any module,
please verify if the corresponding update files have it too.
