Exactly. But these are two topics when we look more in detail.
Topic 1: What fields must be there, and
Topic 2: What fields must be mandatory.
Topic 2 is more easy. When we focus now a main branch what is public,
then it should be have some standard settings. I am not that sure that
insurances should be mandatory.
Topic 1 is more complex. But indeed, the fields of registration are
those who would be changed - individually by each hospital. I do know so
many requirements on that page from so many user site that there must be
more flexibility here.
I want to keep that topic open for release 2.7 how to manage it. I have
seen too many developers failing on that so easy looking idea to have a
kind of configuration here.
So I want to foucs the discussion now on a kind of basic setting right
for the demo run and what fields should be a mandatory flag and what
not. Also on admission, there are some fields what might not get the
point.
Simple question: Do we have always a diagnosis, referred by information,
therapy or referrer notes what this form requires as must have?
