nr_workday now made to be 0 to 14 days or shifts per week.
Tough to work more than 2 shifts a day for a whole week!
0 was reverted to, to prevent scheduler from taking the employee from some
undesired date slot.
patient_reg_nr_adder entry in the mysql_dump.sql was removed.
Existing users can cleanup with:
DELETE FROM `care_config_global` WHERE `type`='patient_reg_nr_adder';
