Cool the head.
The only issue so far is that the prescription table is getting populated
for a new entry to an outpatient encounter who was admitted, but does not
show up in the list of prescriptions for that outpatient encounter. Notes,
Immunizatein, Birth Data, etc work.
If thsi issue is solved, the code is ready for a release.
