Hi Robert, Where is the EastAfrican version of the Care2x - is it care2utu branch?
Ajax for large no. of choices in fields should be the norm. I would like for someone to prepare a nice workflow with user fields (and db mappings) and hidden (session) variables to be culled out and placed in a mind map like sequence. Only then can a new version be built, that addresses all coding and workflow issues. Only Doctors and Nurses can perform the job from a functional perspective, possibly assisted by some system or IT person and not the other way around - IT personnel straight-jacketing Doctors and Nurses to follow their data order and convenience! Anyone with good bandwidth can do the data grabbing job - even XAMPP with a single MySQL database and single PHP script where the access values can be populated can grab the entire CHEMB DB from cear-health.com - alterenatively, someone can go through each page there on that list and save as txt file for later parsing.
