Hi,
I have sucessfully installed care2x using the latest version
Care2x-HIS-2.6.27(1) with Xampp 1.6.8 version.
Both the Xampp & care2x were sucessfully installed.
But, I have a problem in admitting In & Out patients after registration.
For eg:
When admitting a regd patient under IN patient category ward details are not
available.
When admitting a regd patient under OUT patient category department details are
not available.
Ward & Department were already configured through System Admin. But there were
not listed in the Patient Admission menu.
Could you please help me in resolving the issue.
