Thanks for your response. I resolved the 1st issue about
1. Radiology --> Pending Test Request --> Findings Fatal error: require_once()
[function.require]: Failed opening required
'../../includes/inc_test_findings_form_radio.php'
(include_path='.;C:\xampp\php\pear\') in
C:\xampp\htdocs\Ortho_care\modules\laboratory\labor_test_findings_radio.php on
line 340
Issue resolved by Updating the code: labor_test_findings_radio.php on line #
340 with
require_once($root_path.'modules/laboratory/includes/inc_test_findings_form_'.$subtarget.'.php');
The following issues i still have to resolve.
2. Radiology --> Pending Test Request --> Print Read attempt to DB failed!
3. Inpatient --> Prescriptions Updated prescriptions could not be saved.
4. Radiology --> Test Request --> Print report SELECT * FROM
care_test_request_radio INNER JOIN care_test_request_radio_sub ON (
care_test_request_radio.batch_nr = care_test_request_radio_sub.batch_nr) WHERE
care_test_request_radio.batch_nr='60000001'
Read attempt to DB failed!
5. Dicom Viewer Not able to view dicom image
6. Wards --> Yellow Paper, target Could not find the option in English
language
7. Pharmacy --> Ordering [admin user] You are not associated with any
department / pharmacy. Please ask your system administrator for help

Thanks very much for this information. My apologies for the late answer
- but I tried to make some days of vacation.
However.. I have just started to check out your request and just for the
first report you gave (Fatal error on Radiology Pending Request) I
cannot confirm. I do not have any doubts that you are wrong, the issue
is now why do I not have the issue and you do have it.
So please be patient for just a moment I will check out if we can serve
here generally with an patch for some more issues.
