I think this is a normal scenario in most hospitals. In fact in most
organisations the design department sets up the technical
specifications for a new product whilst the finance people look after
the pricing and the procurement department would look after any
purchasing needed. For laboratory tests this seems ok in care2x 2.7 as
each type of test would have a unique record within care2x. The
problem remains my question on radiology which I would have thought
affected every hospital regardless of whether they integrated with an
ERP.
