You will need an ERD of your existing SQL Server based solution's database(s).
Do a 1:1 mapping of the fields ther and in Care2x v2.7 and migrate the data
(using joins and cocatenations where needed).
See what's missing in each and try to amke a comparision list.
Then work on the missing parts in Care2X.

I just started a new migration project in Rheumatology and Orthopaedics
Clinic. Today SQL Server solution based on Windows is used and want to migrate
everything to Care 2002.
Medical history, medical records, lab results, Qx notes, pharmacology,
radiological history (if it is possible, RIS and PACS), administrative records,
accounting, billing, insurance and related payments, etc.
What do you think is the version we need or that does not require many
adjustments and where can I download?
