    install instructions

Keep up the good work.
The devel / unstable branch is awaited.

The GitHub Wiki too can be suitably updated using #<IssueNumber> links.
A copy of the DICOM Viewer Source and Class files from the original source 
(NagoyaTech) should be preserved in the project.
