Hello, I'm having trouble mapping pre-processed data from SPM2 into a surface in Caret. I import a .hdr file, locate the origin at the AC, set the orientation to LPI, and rescale the voxels. Then, I select the "SureFit Operations (Segmentation)" from the "Volume" menu. From there I follow all of the steps, filling in the necessary fields. However, when the segmentation finishes, my image is terrible! Please let me know what critical steps I may be overlooking and what I can do to get better results. Thank you! Joe
