Hi,
Over the past the few day an associate of mine, Joe Munson, has been mailing
the list about general help using caret. The problems now have been brought to
my attention. He has been trying to segment the image. He had been running
into memory errors. We fixed the memory errors but now the program crashes
about 50% the way though when doing "filling ventricles." Error produced is
"Caret 5 has produced an error...."
Information about the computer:
1.8 Ghz with 1 gig of memory and 4 gig virtual
Information about the image:
A FMRI Structural scan from a 3-Tesla magnet. The image has been converted to
analyzed format and nothing else has been done.
Is there something wrong with the image, the computer or have we not setup
caret correctly? Thanks in advance for the help.
