Hi,

I'm using Caret 5.3 and would like to map a functional data set
(t-statistics) onto the surface.

Initially my functional volume was aligned to the anatomical volume used to
create the surface. Though the two volumes have different fields of view and
voxel sizes, both images were centered around zero (0,0,0) and were in
alignment in AFNI.

However, when creating the surface, the origin of the anatomical volume was
shifted to be (done within Caret following tutorial instructions) at the AC
and then cropped (right hemisphere). So clearly I need to adjust the origin
of the functional volume to match that of the AC adjusted surface volume.
But simply copying the origin of the surface volume to that of the
functional volume is not right, because the two volumes have different
fields of view.

I was hoping this is a common problem and there exists and easy solution.

thanks,

Brad Buchsbaum
