Dear Caret developer

One simple question. I like the function of converting metric file to RGB
paint. However, Can I change the predefined 'RGB' color into another 'RGB'
color I prefer?

Thanks in advance.

Hi again Dr. Kamphuis,

The foci and fiducial surface should share the same coordinate space, so
if you're using the SPM2 fiducial coordinate file, then you should use
MNI coordinates when mapping foci. Likewise, if using the AFNI fiducial
coordinate file, then you should use true Talairach coordinates when
mapping foci.

If you have a metadata analysis with mixed types, then you can map all
the MNI foci with the SPM2 fiducial coordinate file; do Layer: Foci:
Project Foci; and save the resulting fociproj file. Then, do the
talairach batch: Quit Caret and restart, loading the AFNI fiducial
surface; map all the TAL foci with the AFNI coordinate file; project
them; and save as a different fociproj filename. Then, do Toolbar: Spec
and select the MNI borderproj file to APPEND the MNI foci to the TAL
foci. As long as you use the appropriate fiducial for mapping, then you
can visualize all the foci together on a single surface (e.g., the
inflated or flat surface). Projecting the foci associates them with a
surface tile.

Hope this helps,

Donna
