[caret-users] segmentation fault

Hi,

I just ran an initial segmentation (no automatic error correction, very 
inflated, ellipsoid or create curvature) on a Linux 64 bit machine runing RHE 
v4 and got this message a few minutes into the process:
Mutex destroy failure: Device or resource busy
Segmentation fault

I have attached the debug text for the error and the params file for reference. 
Not sure what could have gone wrong? Any ideas?
