Yes:  Load the flat (reference) surface in the main window.  Load your 2D
foci file.  Project the foci (probably save fociproj).  Switch to 3D
configuration (fiducial, inflated, or sphere -- whatever you want).  Save
foci (not fociproj) relative to 3D surface.
