Dear Dave,
Yes, I have blown up the window as much as possible and that get's the
resolution up to about 600 dpi, when I reduce the image afterwards to normal
size. I'll try photoshop. I think it would just be good to be able to save
those lovely images at maximum resolution (1200 dpi or something like that),
and not be limkited by the screen size and resolution, but anyhow.

Katrin,

You can also improve resolution by increasing the size of the main  
Caret window.  In photoshop you can then adjust the dpi.
