There is not anything in Caret designed for use with EEG data.
If you are able to get spatial (3D) coordinates for EEG data, you
could plot them as foci. Foci allow you to place symbols at a 3D
location and are typically used to plot the locations from fMRI
data. You might take a look at page 27 for the Caret 5.5 Tutorial -
The Basics (including PALS atlas) available from http://
brainmap.wustl.edu/resources/caretnew.html#Tutorials55.
