Veronica,

If you have the bordercolor file loaded that is in the atlas target
directory (named like ForSPHERICAL_REGISTRATION.bordercolor), then this
should not happen.  Usually we just use File: Open Data File and navigate
to the atlas target directory, and answer Yes when asked whether to copy
the file.  But one could also script copying the file and adding it to the
spec file, to make it even easier to load.
