[caret-users] Accuracy of Registration

Hi,

I have registered (spherical registration) my macaque surface to a macaque 
atlas......and upon viewing my surface, the cortical areas seem to be 
demarked appropriately, but I have a high number of crossovers (when i do a 
surface crossover check).........what do these crossovers mean?  could my 
registration be more precise?
