Through a joint collaboration between the National Institute on Aging,
Oregon Health and Science University and University of Wisconsin -
Madison, we have constructed a new set of multi-subject atlas
templates in order to facilitate functional and structural imaging
studies of the rhesus macaque. These atlases are intended for free use
by the neuroimaging community. However, we do ask that you please cite
the following reference in any publications which make use of them:
McLaren, DG, Kostmatka, KJ, Oakes, TR, Kroenke, CD, Kohama, SG,
Matochik, JA, Ingram, DK, and Johnson, SC. A Population-Average
MRI-Based Atlas Collection of the Rhesus Macaque. Neuroimage (in
press).

Files can be found at: http://brainmap.wisc.edu/monkey.html

Of note to CARET users, linear transformations between this atlas
space and the F99 space are provided.
