Did you download the caret source code, the C++ files (file caret_source*.zip) ? Or, did you download the caret distribution (caret_distribution*.zip)?
If you downloaded the source code, you need to follow the instructions for building the source code (http://brainmap.wustl.edu/caret/caret_help/source_code/source_code.html ). If you have the distribution, the file "install-caret.sh" is located in the "caret" directory and only needs to be run on Unix/Linux to fix file permissions that sometimes get set incorrectly. If caret5 runs, there is no need to run the script. ----------------------------------- John Harwell [EMAIL PROTECTED] Department of Anatomy and Neurobiology Washington University School of Medicine 660 S.
