I'm emailing from home, and don't have the macaque dataset right at my
fingertips, but whatever parcellations we do have for the macaque should be
exportable to volumetric form using Caret's Attributes: Paint: Map paint to
volume (or something like that).  In the resulting dialog, there are two
important choices, besides the parcellation of interest:  Fiducial surface to
be used as the substrate for forming the volumetric ribbon (user decides ribbon
thickness); and target volume space.  For the latter, you might choose the
option that lets you select a volume, and choose either the F99 or F6 volumes
that come with the September 2006 tutorial.  The important thing is that the
fiducial and volume match in terms of coordinate space (i.e., surface aligns
with volume).

Subject: [caret-users] How to export the template image of Macaque in "hdr/img"
form

How to export the template image (such as Brodamnn) of Macaque in analyzed form
(hdr/img) with the label of each ROI reserved?
In another word, is it possible to obtain a template image with every ROI
labled for the Macaque, which is similar to the AAL or Brodmann template images
available from MRICro for human?
