The FLIRT, MRITOTAL, and SPM* "spaces" are all based in some way on 
MNI152 or MNI305, both of which are in the same "space," the way I look 
at it.  The MRITOTAL one actually uses the MNI305 template, while the 
others use avg152T1, which is in the same space as MNI305.  This page
