Hi Taosheng,

Getting the border names to appear is very easy: Download the
registration target dataset. It is in there. Use the file open data
file dialog and navigate to the folder where you unzipped the
registration dataset (see first item under Links here:
http://brainvis.wustl.edu/help/landmarks_core6/landmarks_core6.html).

But, no: I don't think you can make do with what you are doing now.
And I didn't realize it until I tried drawing borders on your dataset --
the sphere -- and saw the ridge and flap-overs. (I typed the ealier
answers before I saw that -- sorry.)

It's just that registration depends on these steps, which are not
optimized for your node density:

* inflation -- landmark distances are based on a certain amount of
"unfoldedness," and your inflated surface is still way too folded after
the typical number of iterations; the very inflated looks closer, but
this is just one issue
* morphing -- the spherical coord file undergoes morphing, which again
is dependent on mesh density. I doubt that the typical morphing drill
will smooth out the ridge we saw in your sphere, and I doubt this bodes
well for registration
* registration -- the parameters in the template deformation map in the
registration target dataset work well for 50-75k nodes, but I doubt they
will work well for your surface.

Again, you can keep moving forward, since the bordercolor issue is easy
to solve. But I predict downstream trouble due to node density.

Good luck,

Donna
