It is puzzling -- especially since display mode is set to positive.

Two things come to mind:

* Make sure you don't have any paint or other type of underlays turned 
on (besides the metric) on the D/C: Overlay/Underlay - surface menu.

* Try turning the User scale to auto.  You have the threshold set to 
4.17, so that should do it.  I'm just wondering if setting the scale is 
interacting with the palette in an unintended way, since bplue is on the 
0.0 border:

***PALETTES PSYCH-NO-NONE [8]
 1.000000 -> _yellow
 0.750000 -> _pyell-oran
 0.500000 -> _orange
 0.250000 -> _poran-red
 0.000000 -> _pblue
 -0.250000 -> _pltblue1
 -0.500000 -> _pltblue2
 -0.750000 -> _pbluecyan

This probably isn't right, but my thinking is that setting the min below 
the thresh might help.
