Hi Krishna, There are many datasets with the F99 atlas. What would be most helpful is if you could give us the link to the dataset in SumsDB (or elsewhere) that you are using, plus a specific tutorial reference (page and para #) if you are following a tutorial.
If memory serves me, there may have been multiple fiducial surfaces, if not volumes for various stereotaxic spaces (e.g., perhaps an inter-aural in addition to an AC-centered version). It's pretty hazy, though, and I could be thinking about rats or mice. We'll have a much easier time tracking down the issue if we have your dataset.
