Brodmann's paint files

Hi Kwliu,

First, have a look at this paper, if you haven't already read it:

Fischl B, Rajendran N, Busa E, Augustinack J, Hinds O, Yeo BT, Mohlberg
H, Amunts K, Zilles K. "Cortical folding patterns and predicting
cytoarchitecture."
Cereb Cortex. 2008 Aug;18(8):1973-80. Epub 2007 Dec 12.

Depending on your needs, Freesurfer may have what you want.

Second, the easiest way to get your surfaces registered to PALS-B12, so
you can access atlas goodies like Brodmann paint areas is to use our
scripts to import and register them:

Download Freesurfer_to_PALS-B12 Pipeline Distribution
http://brainvis.wustl.edu/wiki/index.php/Caret:Download#Download_Freesurfer_to_PALS-B12_Pipeline_Distribution

See the README.txt file in the PALS_B12.LR.zip archive.
