Hi Matt,

While it is possible to display up to three functional maps, there is 
only one metric settings controller, and thus one palette.

You can, however, channel three functional maps into a RGB paint file.  
You might try playing around with that feature.  See page 12, User's 
Guide to Analysis Procedures:
