Hi Feng,
Here is how I found it:
1. Click on this link:
http://sumsdb.wustl.edu/sums/index.jsp
2. Move your cursor over the Browse/Search menu near the top center.
3. Select Basic Archive Search.
4. Enter "Human.PALS_B12.BOTH.TEMPLATE-for-fMRI-MAPPING.73730.spec" in
the Filename field.
5. Press Search.
6. Click on the diskette shaped icon to the right of the single File
Action drop-down menu.
7. Save the archive to disk, and then unzip it.
