Dear Caret-users, First thanks to all people contributing to this awesome software! The result figures are really clear and vivid:)
However, I have a problem presenting one cluster locating in the left middle temporal gyrus (MNI coordinate: -42, -45, 12), which I enclose here. The result images are produced by SPM5, and the spec file I use is "Human.PALS_B12.LEFT_AVG_B1-12.FIDUCIAL_SPM2.clean.73730" in "PALS_B12.BOTH-HEMS.For-STEREOTAXIC-FOCI-ANALYSES.73730". It has no problem displaying my other clusters, except this one.. Does anyone encounter such problem before? What should I do to fix it? Any input is highly appreciated:) I am really wishing to present my finding in this amazing software! Thanks! Best luck to everyone~~ Xi
