Hello, I have a newbie question. I have downloaded dataset and followed the quick start guide at http://brainvis.wustl.edu/wiki/index.php/Caret:Documentation.
After I loaded the files into caret, I didn't see any brain like the guide showing the "FIDUCIAL HUuman.PALS_B12.RIGHT_...". My screen is black. I found an error message in my Linux terminal window, said: " X Error: GLXBadLargeRequest 161 Extension: 143 (Uknown extension) Minor opcode: 2 (Unknown request) " I guess it has something to do with my OpenGL. But I don't know how to fix it. Has someone met the same problem before? Many thanks! Yang Liu Wellesley College
