Dear friends, I am new to caret. We are working on macaque fMRI. We have our macaque's anatomical brain processed by Freesurfer already. We want to registered the surfaces generated by Freesurfer to the F99 atlas using Caret. However, I only found the processing pipeline PAL_B12.LR for human brain. It is a very nice too that combines Freesurfer with Caret. Is there a similar tool for Macaque that can bridge Freesurfer and Caret?
