Dear Caret-users, Since a couple of weeks I've been trying to segment my own data. Unfortunately, until now I did not succeed to segment my data properly. I suspect a problem in my peaks, since I can not find a difference between grey and white matter peaks. Consequently, the segmentation fails with the error: "Error in hindbrain segmentation". I would very much aprreciate your input on this!
