Hello dear Caret experts,
I'm trying to overlay some functional data over the surfaces (and flats), I've export some volume images from FreeSurfer in nifti format and use the "map volume(s) to surface(s)..." tool of caret, setting data as metric and mapping it to a spec file (this spec file comes initially from the freesurfer to caret pipeline) and using the "metric_enclosing_voxel" mepping algorithm (I must say that have tryed the "metric_interpolated_voxel" method too), and it finish properly, I mean, no error appears, but when it finish nothing change in the surface nor the flat, does anyone have an idea what could I been doing wrong?
also, is there any way to modify the appearance od the girification on the flat surface?
