It is possible to map 4D NIFTI files to a metric all at once, so you need not reference each frame individually. What scripting language is the below out of curiousity?

I recently switched to version 5.64, because it supports windows 64-bit (a great plus). Now when I use the following command (which used to work just fine): caret_command -volume-map-to-surface '+coorfile+' '+topofile+' "" '+outputmetric+' METRIC_GAUSSIAN C:\fmridata\'+funcfile+'*.* -g '+settings I get the following error: File extension not recognized as a volume file type supported by Caret. All functional scans are Nifti-files. When I try just one functional scan, it works fine. Apparently the caret_command doesn't like the "*.*" anymore for selecting all functional scans. How can I make it work again? What's the work-around? Thanks in advance!
