Hi Hopefully this is a simple question. I am using FSL for processing. When mapping results to the PALS brain for display in CARET, I see the option to specify FLIRT space during the atlas surface selection step. Does it matter if the data are in the 1x1x1 or the 2x2x2 MNI152 space?
