Hello, My name is Ruilong Hu and I am a tech in Dr. Camillo Padoa-Schioppa's lab. We need to align 2 sets of MRI pictures from a macaque, one pre-surgery and one post-surgery. The postdoc, Xinying, and I have been trying to use the SureFit Segmentation Operations on Caret, and we consistently encounter the problem of the program crashing during segmentation. When we uncheck the options of "disconnect hindbrain" and "cut corpus callosum," the program just crashes. Otherwise, we have an error disconnecting the hindbrain.
We have tried this on a 64-bit macbook pro, a 32-bit windows xp, and 64-bit windows 7, and we have the exact same problem each time. Also, when I'm in the Volume Attributes Editor, pressing the "main window crosshairs as AC location," hitting "apply" and then pressing R to reset does not change the AC origin to 0,0,0. I'm not sure whether this has anything to do with the it crashing during segmentation. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
