This can wait a week or so to be addressed, but I wondered whether others had noticed this behavior.
When the user loaded a STANDARD-SCENES spec (both or left), and selected Human.PALS_B12.LEFT_AVG_B1-12.FIDUCIAL_711-2C.clean.align.73730.coord, the PALS inflated, and very inflated surfaces, they loaded without complaint, and the fiducial displayed properly. But when switching to the INFLATED view, it looked like the fiducial. And the very inflated view looked like the inflated. Yet, if you opened window 2 and 3 and loaded a different surface in each of the three windows, and clicked a node, ID node printed three distinct coordinates. So it seemed the correct surfaces were LOADED, but not DISPLAYED properly. After foci were loaded and projected on the fiducial, then all three views righted themselves. Projection made the display squirrelliness go away. I have never experienced this on Linux or Mac, though I have less experience using Caret on Mac. I never use Windows, so I wondered whether it could be specific to that platform. I don't recall seeing this issue mentioned on caret-users. _______________________________________________ caret-users mailing list [email protected] http://brainvis.wustl.edu/mailman/listinfo/caret-users
