Yes It is possible! http://brainvis.wustl.edu/wiki/index.php/Caret:Download if you use Freesurfer_to_PALS-B12 Pipeline you will get all surfaces in caret and it gives you the shape file (sulci pattern) in *.shape format and deformation map (fs to caret or caret to fs). It also gives you deformation file from caret to freesurfer. It means that you can apply that deformation map on the shape file and then all nodes will be in freesurfer space.
