Hi there CARET experts, Does anyone know of a subcortical atlas in F99 space? Specifically, we’re looking for a mask of the thalamus from either F99 atlas or from the WISC-112 atlas. If it doesn’t exist, maybe someone may know of a tool to do the subcortical segmentation?
