caret_distribution_Linux32.v5.62.zip caret_distribution_Linux64.v5.62.zip caret_distribution_LinuxIntel64.v5.62.zip caret_distribution_Linux32.v5.64.zip caret_distribution_Linux64.v5.64.zip caret_distribution_LinuxIntel64.v5.64.zip caret_distribution_Linux32.v5.65.zip caret_distribution_Linux64.v5.65.zip caret_distribution_LinuxIntel64.v5.65.zip Prepend "http://brainmap.wustl.edu/pub/caret/"; to this filename and use login=pub, password=download to get that version. Be warned, however: Multiple people have run into issues with caret_distribution_Linux64.v5.65.zip that prevented caret_command from reading files normally. Switching to the LinuxIntel version resolved the problem for me. A new release to fix this problem is being considered, but everyone in our lab is juggling multiple deadlines. In your shoes, I would consider using the Intel version and watching caret_command output closely, to make sure it is reading stuff correctly.
