"all points of activation" -- all non-zero vertices?  This is likely to be a 
lot of vertices.

More often one is interested in the center of gravity of a supra-threshold 
cluster, but let me answer your original question.

You could save the coord, metric, and paint file as ASCII and strip the header 
off.  Then use a third-party software package like Access to join the three 
files by vertex number.  You would need a preprocessing step on the paint file 
to convert paint indices like 1, 2, 3 … to area names (this lookup is included 
right after the EndHeader tag in the paint file).

But if you're really just interested in the centers of a few hotspots, the 
easier thing is to look at them in Caret; click on the center; and read the 
paint name and metric value out on the ID window, along with the x,y,z.
