Hi, I'm new to caret. I am trying to get my activation map to show up on a surface. Here is what I've done so far...
1. Loaded PALS_B12.BOTH-HEMS.DEMO.73730.spec and chose #9 - Average MRI VOLUME (3-slice) + Average FIDUCIALS (FLIRT) (BOTH-Hems) 2. Opened Data File: thresh_zstat1.nii.gz from an FSL FEAT directory. Caret asks me file type, I choose "Volume Functional File". 3. Overlay/Underlay-Volume. Choose thresh_zstat1 as Primary Overlay. I can now see my activation map on the Volume view. Now I want to put my activation onto the surface. 4. Attributes:Map Volume(s) to Surfaces(s) a. choose Metric (Functional) or Surface Shape Data b. Add Loaded Volumes...choose my thresh_zstat1 c. Map to Caret... d. choose Select All Surfaces e. click Next... f. "caret5 quit unexpectedly." Tried it several times with the same results. I saved the full output of the error if that might help. I assume I am doing something wrong, but can't figure it out.
