it's much like the xml labeltable on the caret wiki, but it predates it.
you see it all when you open the nifti in emacs. i guess it is a lut by
definition.

anyway i was just discussing the matter. I'm told it is "their problem" to
sort it out not mine.

whoever "they" are, that works for me.
