Hello Caret Users I have not found any information on this topic; however, I do apologize if it has been discussed before or if it is described somewhere.
I am trying to plot functional data onto a surface and save images from several different views, but with the same brain alignment. I.e. there are several conditions, which I would like to plot, and I would like to save images from the lateral and the medial view of the left and the right hemisphere (= four images per condition). The images, however, are not aligned horizontally in space, but I changed X-, Y- and Z-values manually. If I plot only lateral views, this specified position / alignment of the surface is kept; however, if I plot lateral and medial view, it changes back to the default (horizontal) position. Is there a way to save the current position / alignment, and load it again after changing the view of the surface from medial to lateral, or from left hemisphere to right hemisphere?
